Twitterizer 2.4

Version 2.4 has been posted as an official release.

• This version is built for .NET 4.0.
• Removed NextPage() and PreviousPage() methods — users must manage page numbers and cursors manually

I’ve moved to a single download that contains all of the binaries for the full library, client profile, silverlight, async, and OAuth-only projects.
